Founded and managed by former British army officers, Capstar provides security and risk management services to corporate and private clients. Our company operates with two aims in mind: firstly, to deliver exemplary service and safety to our clients and secondly, to provide employment opportunities to former military and security services personnel.

In 2016 Capstar launched their Pearsons accredited training services, and now are one of 8 authorised Transport For London (TFL) training and testing centres for drivers. We are proud to announce that we have the highest pass rate of any of the centres (TFL 2018 statistics) and are now also offering Level 3 Close Protection Training, online GDPR awareness and first aid training courses.
Since inception in 2013, around a third of those employed have been injured during their service careers. Capstar welcomes these individuals and offers them opportunities in an environment in which their injuries do not limit their potential or their ability to deliver excellence.
